The e-collar is a training tool that enhances communication, provides consistent reliable feedback even at increasing distance, and creates a positive relationship with reduced stress between the dog and handler to help accomplish training goals. It's not magic. It's not abuse. And it's not scary. These are all misconceptions that are often associated with the e-collar, so I figured I would show you all a way to use an e-collar to implement negative reinforcement (leash pressure).
